How this split payment works?

Eg. Purchase 1 of the scooter $1300, split $1000 and $300 payments, place order on this link for $300, can be paid by anyway you like such as credit card, after pay, bank transfer. Once $300 paid, system will forward the value $300 coupon, then place order on the item you want to buy, enter the coupon code, total amount will deduct $300, rest $1000 can be paid by any method you like.
